Follow the steps below to forward calls on your Yealink phone.

MP50: Personal phone that only works with your computer

Both voicemail and call forwarding settings are configured in the Microsoft Teams app on your device. See using Microsoft Teams for phone calls under "making and receiving phone calls" tab".

MP52: Basic standalone phone for shared desks

ℹ️ The MP54 model is used in shared locations or for multi-person use on campus only. This model is powered by a direct network (Internet) connection and is operated using manual buttons.

1. Use the arrow pad to navigate to the top left corner of the screen with the three horizontal lines. Hit "OK" on the pad. This will take you to the settings menu.

2. Select "Calling" from the menu using the down arrow and by hitting "OK" on the pad.

3. Toggle on both "Call forwarding" and "Display call forward on home screen" options by hitting "OK" on the pad. You will need to arrow down to the second toggle.

4. Use the "X" on the pad to navigate back to the previous menus and screens. Your call forwarding will be displayed at the top of the home screen.

5. Select this using "OK" on the pad to change your call forwarding preference at any time. You can choose to forward to voicemail or a number.

MP54-E2: Touchscreen standalone phone for boardrooms and executives

ℹ️ The MP54-E2 model is used in shared locations or for multi-person use on campus only. This model is powered by a direct network (Internet) connection and features a touchscreen.
