MP50: Personal phone that only works with your computer

Both voicemail and call forwarding settings are configured in the Microsoft Teams app on your device. See using Microsoft Teams for phone calls under "making and receiving phone calls" tab".

MP52: Basic standalone phone for shared desks

ℹ️ The MP54 model is used in shared locations or for multi-person use on campus only. This model is powered by a direct network (Internet) connection and is operated using manual buttons.

1. Select the voicemail icon using the button below the screen.

2. Find the message you'd like to listen to using the arrow pad. Select "OK" to listen.

MP54-E2: Touchscreen standalone phone for boardrooms and executives

ℹ️ The MP54-E2 model is used in shared locations or for multi-person use on campus only. This model is powered by a direct network (Internet) connection and features a touchscreen.

1. Select the voicemail icon on the screen.

2. All new and saved voicemail messages will appear. Select which one you'd like to listen to on the touchscreen.
