What’s a ticket?
A ticket is the standard method for requesting Facilities services. When you complete and submit an online form, a ticket is automatically created in your name. This system helps us efficiently route, prioritize, and track your request from start to finish.
Unlike sending an email, the ticket form collects key information upfront, allowing us to automate parts of our workflow and respond more quickly. You’ll receive email updates as your ticket progresses, and you can check its status or request updates at any time.
Every ticket is assigned to a Facilities team member who will work directly with you to resolve your issue.
How does it work?
You can fill out and submit a ticket online through one of the services listed on our Services page, after which a Facilities team member reviews, assigns, and works with you to resolve your request. You must be signed in to access the various forms.
