Follow the steps below to manually add printers within Kroll:
- Open myWorkspace and log into the Pharmacy desktop . See steps on how to log into myWorkspace Accessing myWorkspace off and on campus
- Open the Kroll application. Select File -> Configuration -> Work Station

- After entering your Kroll credentials again, on the Label Printers tab – select “INS” (highlighted below)

- From the dropdown select the following: Stock – Kroll Laser Labels, Printer – Microsoft Print to PDF, Tray – Default Tray, then select OK to confirm

- Select “Other Printers” tab and select “Microsoft Print to PDF” from the Printer list for both Report & Kroll Care Printers, select OK to confirm.

- PDF printing has been configured, select OK to confirm and setup is complete.
