Adding Print to PDF in Kroll Printers

Steps to configure Kroll printers to print to PDF in the Pharmacy Technician VDI Desktop.

Follow the steps below to manually add printers within Kroll:

1. Open myWorkspace and log into the Pharmacy desktop . See steps on how to log into myWorkspace  Accessing myWorkspace from within Brightspace
2. Open the Kroll application. Select File -> Configuration -> Work Station
   
    
3. After entering your Kroll credentials again, on the Label Printers tab – select “INS” (highlighted below)
   
    
4. From the dropdown select the following: Stock – Kroll Laser Labels, Printer – Microsoft Print to PDF, Tray – Default Tray, then select OK to confirm
   
    
5. Select “Other Printers” tab and select “Microsoft Print to PDF” from the Printer list for both Report & Kroll Care Printers, select OK to confirm.
   
    
6. PDF printing has been configured, select OK to confirm and setup is complete.
